31) For making elections democratic, half of money donated to each candidate must be given equally for use by all other candidates

For any election system becoming more democratic, let half of the money donated to each candidate be given equally for use by all other candidates.

How the people could force it? Simply, by boycotting all candidates who don't show they shared their half.

The hole in the election system: Nowadays, in the democracy of masses, which clearly don't reflect the will of the people,

  • as one of the biggest factors in elections is amount of money given to candidate and
    • as this factor is used by non democratic powers such as bankers ( eg clinton case ) and
    • has nothing to do with the will of people.
